In this practical workshop we will learn about creating fibres from non-conventional plants, and their many potential uses. We’ll identify plants that we can use to make natural fibres and how to gather materials. Then we’ll explore the principles of cordage, weaving and twining – and explore our creativity!
The workshop is led by Elisa (co-founder of Sankofa to Nature and Nature Vibezzz). Elisa is an experienced crafter and a great advocate of nature-based practices.
